Mitragyna Javanica is both stimulating and relaxing, it is used by Mui Thai fighters to get ”amped up” before a fight.
To use it, you make tea: 2g for a mild result and 10-20g for a strong result. Add honey and let it brew for 30mins. It will take 1 hour for the herb to take effect.
This is slightly milder than Mitragyna Hirsuta and Kratom, so it is perfect for beginners!
At a low dose, you can expect a more stimulating effect, at a high dose, the stimulation mainly dissapears and you are left in a calming, soothing relaxed state
